AI Mindset Lab helps leaders move the AI conversation out of private hesitation and into practical, honest dialogue. Built around the Department of Labor’s AI Literacy Framework, this course gives executives, managers, and team leads a shared language for discussing AI readiness, workplace change, risk, and responsible use without turning the topic into hype or fear.
Instead of asking people to “get on board,” the course helps learners examine what is actually getting in the way: pride, uncertainty, trust, workload pressure, and unclear standards. Through short lessons and reflective prompts, participants learn how to ask better questions, name resistance without shame, and turn AI literacy into a conversation their teams can continue.
