Refund Policy

AI Empowerment Labs, doing business as Fourth Gen Labs (“Fourth Gen Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides digital products, memberships, workshops, courses, assistants, and related services.
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through our website or related checkout pages are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits for:
digital products;
memberships or subscriptions already billed;
courses or workshops;
assistant access or digital tools;
downloadable materials; or
other paid services or offerings,
except where a refund is required by applicable law.
2. Subscription Cancellations
If you purchase a recurring subscription, you may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing date using the available customer portal or by contacting us.
When you cancel a subscription:
cancellation stops future billing only;
your current billing period will continue through the end of the period already paid for, unless otherwise stated; and
we do not provide full or partial refunds for the current billing period.
3. Payment Processing
Some purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which may act as merchant of record for checkout, billing, taxes, receipts, and related payment functions.
Even where our policy is “all sales final,” payment processors or merchants of record may take actions required by law, card network rules, fraud prevention requirements, or chargeback handling procedures.
4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us first at roman@fourthgenlabs.com before initiating a chargeback.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, we may suspend or revoke access to the related product, membership, course, assistant, or service while the matter is reviewed.
5. Exceptions Required by Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law. If a refund is required by law, we will honor that legal obligation.
