Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is not yet a uniform industry standard for responding to browser-based Do Not Track signals, our Site does not currently respond to them unless required by applicable law.

11. Account Information

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities that occur under your account. If you want to update or delete account information, contact us at roman@fourthgenlabs.com.

We may retain certain account, transaction, and security records as required for legitimate business and legal purposes, even after account closure.

12. Children’s Privacy

Our Site and general online Services are not directed to children under 13 to use independently. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 in a manner that would require parental consent unless such consent has been obtained or another lawful basis applies.

If we learn that we collected personal information from a child in a manner inconsistent with applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

If we offer youth-focused programs through schools, nonprofits, parents, guardians, or other organizations, additional notices, permissions, or program-specific terms may apply.

13. Third-Party Links and External Platforms

Our Site may link to third-party websites, checkout pages, AI platforms, forms, tools, or other services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the privacy, security, or data practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy notices before submitting information to them.
