Overview
Intelli Origins: Kids gives elementary-age learners a joyful first step into AI literacy through imagination, identity, and character creation.
In this workshop, children will explore who they are, what they care about, and what makes their story unique. From there, they will imagine themselves as a hero, a villain, or an original character shaped by their own strengths, interests, values, and ideas.
Facilitators will guide students in an age-appropriate way, helping them understand that AI can support creativity, but it should never replace their voice. The goal is simple: help young learners see that technology is most powerful when it starts with their own imagination.
This workshop is designed to build confidence, self-expression, and creative ownership while giving children a safe, exciting introduction to the future of learning.
Key Takeaways
Participants will gain a simple, age-appropriate understanding of what AI is and how it can support creative thinking.
Participants will use reflection, imagination, and storytelling to create an original character inspired by their own identity.
Participants will learn that their ideas, choices, and voice matter more than the technology they use.
Participants will leave with more confidence in their creativity and a stronger sense of ownership over their story.
Target Audience
Elementary-age students who enjoy imagination, characters, storytelling, creativity, or hands-on learning.
Families looking for a safe and age-appropriate introduction to AI literacy.
