  2. Fees & Payments: All fees for workshops, merchandise, or membership are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. By providing payment information, you represent you’re authorized to use the chosen payment method.

  3. Refunds & Cancellations: Refund policies differ by event or membership type. Please refer to the specific event or membership page for details on refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling.

4. A1 Black Initiative

We offer specialized programs, discounted services, and exclusive access to members who identify as Black. By applying, you confirm the accuracy of your identification and commitment to the community guidelines. Any misuse or misrepresentation may result in removal from the program without refund.

5. User Conduct & Community Guidelines

  1. Respectful Interaction: Users must interact in a respectful, non-discriminatory manner. Any threatening, harassing, or abusive behavior is prohibited.

  2. Content Submission: If you submit content (e.g., reviews, feedback, project proposals), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, or modify your submission for marketing, research, or other lawful purposes.

  3. Prohibited Activities: You may not upload malware, violate network security, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services.
