Course Description

This journey is built around three arcs: where you come from, how you learned to survive, and what you’re taking with you into the future. You’ll explore the rooms that raised you, the spoken and unspoken messages you absorbed, and the systems that shaped your options. You’ll unpack survival responses like shutting down, over-performing, chasing affirmation, or staying loyal past your own peace, and see them as coping, not character flaws. Finally, you’ll learn to spot your patterns, release what no longer fits, and draft a new story that honors your past while choosing peace, boundaries, and authentic community going forward.

Target Audience

  • Millennial and Gen X adults who grew up in chaos, poverty, or emotional neglect, are now high-functioning but exhausted professionals, and feel stuck in perfectionism, hyper-independence, and relationship burnout.

  • Parents or caregivers in their late 20s to 40s who are already doing some personal growth work and want practical language, tools, and boundaries to show up differently for their kids and partners than their own caregivers did.

  • Community leaders, creatives, or faith-adjacent mentors with lived experience of hardship who feel called to serve others with their story, yet privately wrestle with impostor syndrome, anger, shutdown, or loneliness when life gets close.

Whats Included

  • 9 video overviews with clear explanations and real-world examples.

  • 9 audio overviews with unscripted leadership conversations.

  • 9 visual overviews with diagrams and key concept snapshots.

  • 9 text overviews with concise, skimmable lesson summaries.

Requirements

  • Honest reflection on your relationship with AI and your leadership habits.

  • Willingness to be vulnerable, ask hard questions, and sit with discomfort.

  • Commitment to take small, concrete actions during and after the course.
